We talk about three levels of intensity for our work:

  • Shu, or Level 1: which involves teaching, modeling, leading
  • Ha, or Level 2: which looks like consulting and mentoring
  • Ri, or Level 3: which is generally facilitating (or 'coaching' in the purest, Co-Active sense)

We foster client independence. When we're done, we're out.
